Internet explorer wont install flash player

I have downloaded the uninstaller and removed any traces of it. When I try to install flash player the movie never shows up. After it installs all I get is " in the left hand corner of the screen where the movie is suppose to be playing. I am running the new IE 7 beta 3 and have followed all the tips on the Adobe page to try and get the program to download. So far nothing has worked.

I am at wits end cause without Flash player I can not run my incredimail program. Please help if you can. I have run the uninstaller but I have not went in and deleted that file.
