I had set the computer to boot with nothing checked in the "startup group" and, after hiding all Microsoft services, unchecked everything on the services" tab. When booting to this "selective startup", after the desktop appears, the icons load, but nothing happens during the next 5 minutes.

Is there a way to scan all user accounts as Admin?
